Product Description

APMT is an advanced oxide dispersion-strengthened (ODS) FeCrAl (iron-chromium-aluminum) high-temperature alloy. Compared with conventional FeCrAl materials, it significantly improves high-temperature performance through the addition of molybdenum (Mo) and optimized microstructural design. The material contains a uniform distribution of stable yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) particles, which provide excellent creep resistance and structural stability at elevated temperatures.

 

APMT can operate continuously in air at temperatures up to approximately 1250 °C, while maintaining strong oxidation resistance. A dense and protective aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) layer forms on its surface, effectively preventing further oxidation and material degradation. Compared with APM, APMT contains molybdenum, which provides higher high-temperature strength and improved resistance to deformation, making it especially suitable for furnace components subjected to mechanical load.

 

Therefore, APMT is widely used in industrial heat-treatment furnaces, radiant tubes, furnace support structures, and high-temperature atmospheric equipment. It is a key material that combines high-temperature strength, long service life, and excellent oxidation resistance.
