Product Description
0Cr21Al6Nb (FeCrAl 216Nb) is an upgraded high-grade FeCrAl heating alloy reinforced with niobium elements. It refines internal grain structure, greatly improves high-temperature creep resistance and structural stability, and effectively solves the problems of brittle fracture, deformation and rapid aging of ordinary FeCrAl wires under long-term high-temperature operation. This alloy features excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and fatigue resistance, with a working temperature up to 1250℃. It provides stable resistivity, uniform heating and high thermal efficiency. With smooth surface and good ductility, the wire is easy to coil and shape, suitable for long-term continuous operation. It is widely used in industrial continuous furnaces, annealing furnaces, high-temperature kilns, atmosphere furnaces, large drying equipment and high-end electric heating devices, serving as the best choice for high-load and long-service-life industrial heating systems.
