Inconel X-750 spring wire (UNS N07750, W.Nr. 2.4669, GH4145) is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy wire that combines high tensile strength with excellent relaxation resistance up to approximately 540 °C and good oxidation resistance up to 980 °C. Compared with alloy 718, it retains its spring properties at elevated temperature for longer, which is why X-750 is the standard choice for high-temperature springs, seals, retainers and wire mesh.
We supply the wire cold drawn to spring temper, bright annealed, or solution treated and ready for ageing. Diameter range is 0.1 mm to 8.0 mm with tight tolerance control, uniform surface and consistent coil-to-coil properties. Each lot is checked for tensile strength, wrap test, grain size and dimensional accuracy, and delivered with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate.

Wire is layer-wound on plastic or wooden spools, interleaved with VCI paper, sealed in foil bags with desiccant and packed in export plywood cases. Straight lengths are bundled in PVC sleeves. Stock diameters ship in 7–10 working days; custom temper and sizes take 20–30 days after deposit. FOB Shanghai or CIF per request.
Please confirm diameter, condition (spring temper, bright annealed or solution treated), spool weight, surface requirement and annual quantity. Sample coils of 1–2 kg are available for coiling and relaxation trials. Send your specification and we will confirm price, lead time and MTC the same working day.
