Product Overview
M80/20 thermostatic bimetallic strip with dimension 0.22mm × 6mm is a high expansion series precision bimetal material, composed of manganese copper high expansion alloy combined with nickel iron low expansion alloy by vacuum metallurgical compound rolling. This grade features large thermal expansion coefficient, high sensitivity, good electrical resistivity and excellent forming performance. It keeps stable reversible bending deformation under temperature variation, widely applied for thermostat control switch, motor overload protection, household appliance temperature controller and instrument temperature compensation parts.
