5J14140 thermostatic bimetallic strip (0.22mm thickness × 4mm width) from Huona New Material is a precision composite material compliant with GB/T 4461 standard, classified as a medium-sensitivity and high-resistivity thermostatic bimetal. It is manufactured by vacuum composite rolling of a high-expansion active layer (Mn72Ni10Cu18) and a low-expansion passive layer (Ni36). This grade combines moderate thermal sensitivity, high electrical resistivity, and good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for temperature control, compensation, and overload protection components in the medium temperature range (-20~150℃).
