1J50 (FeNi50) soft magnetic alloy flat wire is a high-performance nickel-iron precision soft magnetic material containing approximately 50% nickel. It is characterized by excellent magnetic properties, including high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and low hysteresis loss, making it suitable for high-efficiency electromagnetic applications.


Compared with round wire, 1J50 flat wire offers a larger surface area and better space utilization, which helps improve winding density and electromagnetic performance in compact devices. After proper vacuum or hydrogen annealing, the material exhibits significantly enhanced magnetic stability and reduced core losses.


1J50 flat wire also provides good electrical resistivity, helping to reduce eddy current losses in alternating magnetic fields. It features uniform thickness, stable dimensions, and excellent surface quality, ensuring reliable performance in precision magnetic components.
