Product Description

1J50 (FeNi50) soft magnetic alloy foil is a high-performance nickel-iron precision thin material containing approximately 50% nickel. It is characterized by extremely high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and low hysteresis loss, making it ideal for applications requiring efficient and stable magnetic response.

After proper vacuum or hydrogen annealing, 1J50 foil exhibits excellent magnetic stability and significantly improved soft magnetic properties. Its relatively high electrical resistivity helps reduce eddy current losses, allowing reliable performance in high-frequency or alternating magnetic fields.

Due to its ultra-thin form and precise thickness control, 1J50 foil offers excellent flexibility and formability, making it suitable for fine processing such as stamping, cutting, and lamination. It maintains uniform composition and stable dimensions, ensuring consistent performance in precision magnetic components.
