1J50 (FeNi50) Soft Magnetic Alloy Sheet / Plate is a high-performance nickel-iron soft magnetic material containing approximately 50% nickel. It offers excellent magnetic properties, including very high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and low hysteresis loss. After proper vacuum or hydrogen annealing, the material achieves significantly improved magnetic stability and superior soft magnetic performance.


1J50 sheet also features relatively high electrical resistivity, which helps reduce eddy current losses under alternating magnetic fields, making it suitable for medium and high-frequency electromagnetic applications.
