1J50 (Fe-Ni 50) soft magnetic alloy tube is a high-performance precision material with excellent magnetic properties, composed of approximately 50% nickel and balance iron. It is known for its high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and low core loss after proper heat treatment, making it ideal for precision electromagnetic applications.


The 1J50 tube offers outstanding magnetic response and stable performance in alternating magnetic fields. With good electrical resistivity and excellent dimensional stability, it ensures reliable operation in sensitive and high-precision devices. After vacuum or hydrogen annealing, its magnetic properties can be further enhanced to meet strict industrial requirements.
