Product Description
1J50, also known as FeNi50 permalloy, is a soft magnetic alloy with equal nickel and iron content. After bright annealing treatment, the wire features uniform internal structure and clean oxide-free surface. It boasts high initial permeability, low coercivity, low hysteresis loss and stable magnetic performance, delivering excellent magnetic shielding capacity under low-frequency weak magnetic fields.
We supply 1J50 alloy round wire ranging from 0.02mm to 3.0mm with precise dimensional tolerance. The wire is flexible and easy for coil winding, customized length and spool packaging are available. Widely applied in precision current transformers, miniature power transformers, inductors, magnetic shielding parts, instrument sensors, aerospace electronic components and EMI filter cores. Ideal for precision electronic devices requiring weak magnetic signal transmission and electromagnetic interference resistance. Material test certificates and magnetic performance reports can be provided upon request, OEM & customized sizes are acceptable.
