Product Overview

4J42 alloy tube, commonly known as 42 Alloy, is an Fe-Ni controlled-expansion alloy designed to match the thermal expansion rate of borosilicate glass and ceramics.
With stable thermal properties, excellent sealing performance, and good mechanical strength, 4J42 tubing is widely used in electronic packaging, hermetic seals, IC lead frames, vacuum devices, and sensor housings.

It provides tight dimensional tolerances, stable expansion behavior, and excellent weldability and formability.
