Ni95Al5 Nickel Aluminum Alloy Spray / Welding Wire
Ni95Al5 (grade 955) is a self-bonding nickel aluminum consumable made of 95% nickel and 5% aluminum. During spraying or welding the exothermic Ni-Al reaction produces a dense, well-bonded coating that grips carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum substrates without a separate bond coat. It is the standard choice for bond layers under ceramic top coats, for rebuilding worn shafts and for corrosion protection in seawater and chemical service.
