CuNi10 thermal spray wire is a copper-nickel alloy containing approximately 10% nickel and balance copper (90/10 Cu-Ni). Designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, it forms dense, corrosion-resistant coatings with excellent adhesion and long service life.
