Product Description
CuAl11Fe3 thermal spray wire is a high-aluminum bronze alloy containing approximately 11% aluminum and 3% iron.
It is designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, forming high-hardness, wear-resistant and erosion-resistant coatings with strong adhesion and long service life.
Compared with standard aluminum bronze (CuAl7 / CuAl8 / CuAl10), CuAl11Fe3 provides higher hardness, better abrasion resistance and improved erosion resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial and mining applications.
