Product Description
CuAl9Ni5 thermal spray wire is a nickel aluminum bronze (NAB) alloy containing approximately 9% aluminum and 5% nickel.
It is designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing high-strength, wear-resistant and seawater-corrosion-resistant coatings with strong adhesion and long service life.
Compared with CuAl8 and CuAl10, CuAl9Ni5 offers significantly improved corrosion resistance in marine environments, higher hardness and better load-bearing performance, making it ideal for marine equipment, offshore components, pumps, valves, shafts and bearings.
