Product Description
CuAl10 thermal spray wire is a high-aluminum bronze alloy containing approximately 10% aluminum, designed for thermal spraying to produce heavy-duty wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings.
Compared with CuAl7 and CuAl8, CuAl10 provides higher hardness, improved load-bearing capacity, and excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for marine equipment, industrial machinery, shafts, bearings, and valves.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense coatings with strong adhesion and long service life.
