Product Description
CuSn12P thermal spray wire is a high-tin phosphor bronze alloy containing approximately 12% tin and a small amount of phosphorus, designed for thermal spraying to produce heavy-duty wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings.
Compared with CuSn1, CuSn5P, and CuSn9P, CuSn12P provides maximum hardness, excellent load-bearing capacity, and superior sliding wear resistance, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
It is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense coatings with strong adhesion for surface protection and dimensional restoration.
