Product Description
CuSn1 thermal spray wire is a tin bronze alloy wire containing approximately 1% tin, designed for thermal spraying to provide corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings. Compared with pure copper coatings, CuSn1 coatings offer improved hardness and better resistance to wear while maintaining good electrical and thermal conductivity.
The wire is suitable for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing uniform, dense coatings with good adhesion for surface protection and dimensional restoration.
