ERNiCrCoMo-1 is a high-performance nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy welding wire designed for joining Inconel 617 and other high-temperature alloys. It offers exceptional strength, oxidation resistance, and metallurgical stability in service environments up to 1100°C (2012°F).

This filler metal is ideal for applications in aerospace, power generation, petrochemical, and nuclear industries where resistance to extreme heat and corrosion is required. Compatible with both TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding processes, ERNiCrCoMo-1 delivers excellent arc stability, smooth bead appearance, and low spatter.
- Excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance up to 1100°C
- Superior oxidation, carburization, and nitridation resistance
- Stable arc performance with clean weld beads and low spatter
- High metallurgical stability during prolonged thermal exposure
- Effective for dissimilar metal joining with stainless or ferritic steels
- Resistance to corrosion from sulfur compounds and acidic gases
- Strong mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperatures
- Suitable for complex welded structures subject to stress and vibration
- Low thermal expansion mismatch for crack-resistant welds
- Complies with AWS A5.14 and other industrial welding standards
