ErNiFeCr-2 (AWS A5.14 classification) is a solid nickel-based filler metal specifically designed for welding Inconel 718, Inconel X-750, and similar precipitation-hardened high-strength alloys. It offers excellent weldability and mechanical properties, even in extreme temperature environments, making it ideal for aerospace, gas turbine, cryogenic, and high-pressure applications.
Also referred to as SNi7718 in Chinese standards, this alloy delivers exceptional strength, oxidation resistance, and stress rupture performance after post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).
