Product Name: Inconel® 625 Welding Wire
AWS Classification: ERNiCrMo-3
Type: Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy filler wire
Form: MIG (GMAW) or TIG (GTAW) wire
Standard Compliance: AWS A5.14 / ASME SFA-5.14
Inconel 625 welding wire is a premium nickel-based filler metal formulated for joining and surfacing applications that demand superior corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. It contains significant amounts of chromium, molybdenum, and niobium, making it highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidation in harsh environments, including seawater, chemical processing, and high-heat zones.
This wire is suitable for welding Inconel 625, Inconel 601, and similar nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, as well as dissimilar metal welding involving stainless steels and low-alloy steels.

- Exceptional corrosion resistance in seawater, acidic, and chloride-rich environments
- Outstanding strength and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures (up to 1000°C / 1830°F)
- Excellent weldability with low spatter and smooth bead finish
- Ideal for dissimilar metal welding (Ni to SS, Ni to low alloy steel)
- Available for both MIG and TIG welding processes
- Offshore and marine structures
- Heat exchangers and pressure vessels
- Chemical processing and petrochemical equipment
- Aerospace engine components and exhaust systems
- Power generation, including waste incineration plants
- Piping and tanks exposed to seawater or aggressive chemicals
